Rosemary Jam-Filled Thumbprint Cookie Recipe

Directions

  1. Cream butter + sugar till combined.
  2. Add rosemary, salt, eggs, and vanilla. Mix till combined.
  3. Add flour slowly. Do NOT overmix.
  4. Scoop about 1tbsp of batter + roll balls into hand.
  5. Make print mark (either with thumb or back of spoon) in each.
  6. Fill with jam of choice.
  7. Bake for 12-13 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle a little sea salt on each while they set (optional) + enjoy!!!
